Saint Blines Well in Ballintemple, County Armagh, remains an uncertain but named holy water place. The official record preserves the name and kind though it avoids a date, leaving the well open to imagination. People may have drawn water there for washing, drinking or prayer, believing the saint lived inside the cold stream. The missing date does not empty the well; it refuses to limit the faith that kept returning to it.
