Holy well in Leathchoill is a partially filled circular well beside the Cashel to Meenacroise road in County Donegal, Ireland. It sits north of the public road in a cottage garden, with a second holy well thirty-nine metres to the southwest and the Murlin River only fifty metres to the north. Ó Muirgheasa wrote that the wells are nameless, reputed holy, and linked to nearby burial places, while cures are said to have happened at them. The drystone surround still marks a small place where water, road traffic and old belief meet.

Situated N of the public road in the garden of a cottage with second holy well (DG081-012002-) 39m to the SW with the bullaun stone (DG081-011-) at Kilgoly 900m to the SW. The S bank of the Murlin River is only 50m N of the well. Partially filled in circular well (diam. 1m) enclosed by a drystone surround. No evidence of any votive offerings at the well. Described by Ó Muirgheasa as 'Beside the road from Cashel to Meenacroise are two Holy Wells about 40 yards from each other in the townland of Kilgloey (Cill Gabhlaigh?). The wells are nameless but the roilig of Cill na Manach and Roilig na Manach are near them, and they are reputed holy, and cures are said to have happened at them' (Ó Muirgheasa 1936, 150). Linked to Saint Gobnait, this holy well is associated with cures for eye ailments and general healing. The presence of a nearby bullaun stone suggests ritual preparation of offerings, common in early Christian and prehistoric traditions.
