Holy well in Knockeenduff — Report the wrong picture

In level rough pasture. According to local information, this spring well, which local people used, was filled in during the course of land reclamation. There are no visible remains of it. Linked to an unnamed saint or local tradition, the holy well at Knockeenduff was reportedly used by local people, though specific cures or rituals associated with it are not recorded. The site was filled in during land reclamation, and no physical remains are visible today.

This remains an important historical record, but the official description says the monument is no longer visible or has been destroyed. The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
