Holy well in Garravlagh

The 1838 OS Letters record a holy well in Garbhlagh townland as follows: 'There is a well called Cloona-gcross Holy Well on the lands of Garbhlagh on Lord Sligo's Estate, at which is a remarkable stone, it is said with a hole made in one end of it. There was a Patron held here formerly on Garland Sunday, Domhnach Croim Duibh.' (O’Flanagan 1927). The precise location of this well is unknown.
