Holy well in Cashel OR Tobernafauna

Holy well

What is recorded here

Tobernafauna is a holy well in County Kilkenny, though human memory has blurred its exact location and purpose. Water still moves through cashel stones or hidden ground, carrying prayers, fever, birth, loss, or ordinary thirst. The well does not need a date to be real; it needs only the rememberer to return clean-handed and listen.
