HMT *Lord Beaconsfield* was a requisitioned trawler that sank in 1917 near Prail Castle, Auchmithie, in the North Sea. It was lost with all 11 hands, contributing to the local "Auchmithie Tragedy," and its wreck remains a notable site for maritime and First World War history.
