What is recorded here

Freestanding cast-iron pillar post box, c.1910, with moulded necking and shallow domed capping. Sited on concrete footpath.
This post box is an attractive item of street furniture that is becoming increasingly rare as older models are systematically replaced with modern versions of little design distinction.

This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
