Heathfield Towers

Late 18th/early 19th century 2-storey house, indicated on 1842 OS 6-inch map as 'Heathfield'. Overgrown entrance front (E) of 7 bays; central round-headed door with sidelights incorporated into frame. In mid 19th century Rev. Drew added an ornate extension (including a private chapel) embellished with embattled towers and turrets. House burnt in 1935 and now only partially occupied.
