What is recorded here

Seven circular shadows press into the peat west of the primitive mines, waiting for rain to reveal their edges. They may have housed the miners who cut those tunnels, giving stubborn stone a human warmth and a kitchen fire. The circles still breathe life through the grass, unchanged since the last hand left them.
Aerial photography (https://www.bing.com/maps/) shows seven or more circular vegetation marks in an area of peat just west of primitive mines (KE106-149----). The vegetation marks may indicate the remains of a miners settlement. Compiled by: Alastair Lings Date of upload: 6 April 2017
