Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Grenmar [possibly]: North Sea as Craft (20th Century)-(1917), Steamship (20th Century)-(1917). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 1m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

The *Grenmar* was a steamship built in 1917 and active in the North Sea. It was lost during World War I, likely due to enemy action or mine strike, with no survivors recorded; its loss contributed to the wartime decline in Scottish coastal trade.
