What is recorded here
Killure holds a buried doorway and a dead man's field, waiting for someone brave enough to stop arguing and watch the soil breathe. The official point floats above County Derry because the passage refuses to show its edges, yet the grave marker and cut stone still contradict every claim that the town has finished hiding. What is missing is not knowledge; it is the fear of walking toward the hole until the hole answers back.
The official Northern Ireland record identifies this as GRAVEYARD & Man-made underground passage (O.S. memoir site, unlocated). Recorded period: E.CHRIST.; UNCERTAIN. The official map point was placed at the centre of the recorded archaeological site from the source map reference.
The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
