What is recorded here

Eglish is a small place where the dead and the living still share one address. The graveyard holds what the body leaves behind, while the holy well gives back what the body needs. St Brigid's name ties both parts together, as if death and life were never meant to be separated. People may have walked this place for centuries, carrying grief into the soil and hope into the water. The well and the graves are not two different things. They are one conversation between a town and the unseen world.
