What is recorded here

Graveslab in Tullaherin lies face down in the chancel of the medieval church, close to the east end of the south wall. Its tapering limestone body stretches nearly two metres, but the decorated front remains hidden beneath the floor, denying the chamber the faces or symbols it may have carried for centuries. The slab belongs to a small cluster of 13th and 14th-century burials, suggesting the chancel once held several important dead rather than one forgotten name.

Lying in the chancel of the medieval church (KK024-062001-) of Tullaherin, close to the E end of the S wall. Another graveslab (KK024-062011-) lies immediately E of this slab and there are two fragments of two other 13th/14th-century graveslabs (KK024-062010-; KK024-062011-) within the church. A long tapering, recumbent limestone graveslab (L 1.95m; Wth 0.62m at top; Wth 0.4m at base) lying face down. Only the roughly hewn surface of the back of the slab is exposed.
