Graveslab in Portlecka stands leaning inside Ruan church, wearing a ringed cross and the later name of Patrick O'Hendrick. It is not a complete monument but a reclaimed stone, likely torn from another purpose and made into a marker for death. The church gave it a new address, and grief gave it a new name.

Set upright in the W half of Ruan church (CL025-070002-) facing E and leaning slightly to NE. A limestone slab (H 0.71m; Wth at top 0.42m; Wth at base 0.37m; D 0.17m) with a double-lined incised ringed cross at the head. There is no evidence of an incised shaft below the ringed head. The slab was reused as a gravemarker and is likely not complete. The name Patrick O'Hendrick has been incised and superimposed on the ringed head.
