Half a limestone slab leans against the south wall of the nave in Moig South, bearing the false relief mark p.A. 1634. The missing half may have broken during storms or been removed for building stone, yet the surviving fragment still holds the shape of a life cut short.

The following description of this monument is taken from 'The Urban Archaeological Survey of County Limerick' compiled by John Bradley, Andrew Halpin and Heather A. King (Office of Public Works, 1985). "Grave slab. 1634. Only half of a rectangular limestone slab is set against the south wall of the nave with 'p.A. 1634' in false relief in a panel.
