Graveslab in Castledermot stands in the northeast graveyard corner, a low tapering granite slab bearing a Latin cross with expanded terminals and a small incised circle at its heart. The stone is short enough to bend beside, yet its cross reaches upward, marking death and promise in one gesture. Whoever cut it worked slowly, chasing a clean line through hard granite. That patience still shows in the sharp edge of the cross and the quiet dignity of the corner.

In the NE corner of the graveyard (KD040-002031-). A low, upright, very gently tapering, granite slab (dims. H 0.45m; Wth 0.34-36m; T 0.10m) carry's an incised Latin cross with expanded terminals.
