Graveslab in Ballymore Eustace East stands in the SE corner of a graveyard, a low erect granite slab bearing an incised Latin cross with expanded terminals on its E face. The stone is small enough to hide beside ordinary graves, yet its cross still points east as if marking a name the earth has taken back.
