Graveslab in Ardfert is one of nine undated limestone slabs lying in the church floor of the Franciscan friary. They mark buried people whose names and dates have been lost, while the friary still stands above them. The stones may have belonged to priests, townspeople or travellers, and their quiet row beneath the chapel keeps that forgotten life visible.

National Monument No. 358. According to the 'Urban Archaeology Survey of County Kerry' (Bradley, Halpin and King n.d., 49), this is one of 'nine limestone slabs of undetermined date' which lie on the ground in the floor of the church of the Franciscan friary (KE020-047----).
