Grave Yd. is a walled graveyard on a shelf above Killone Lough in County Clare, containing the ruined Augustinian nunnery of Killone Abbey. Reach it only on foot through gates a kilometre apart at the edge of Newhall estate, then walk past smooth medieval slabs and newer stones while the lough moves below. The dead have watched that water for centuries, undisturbed by roads or rushing visitors.

Situated on a shelf overlooking the N shore of Killone Lough and only accessible by foot from gates c. 1km to N and S at the edge of Newhall estate. A subrectangular graveyard (67m E-W; c. 66m N-S) defined by a masonry wall with the remains of Killone Abbey, an Augustinian nunnery (CL041-062001-) in the S half. The visible headstones are all 19th and 20th century in date although there are several 18th-century graves and medieval graveslabs within the abbey ruins.
