What is recorded here

On the gently rising E side of the Nore river valley, in rolling grassland. There are good views in all directions. A medieval church (KK010-060001-) is aligned E-W just N of centre in the sub-square graveyard (dims. c. 31m NE-SW; c. 31m NW-SE) with relatively straight sides, though the N angle has a pronounced curve. The graveyard is defined by a stone wall and is entered via a gate at the N end of the SW wall, with a stile immediately to the N. The interior is overgrown with long hummocky grass. There are two yew trees growing within the interior. Carrigan (1905, vol. 2, 195-6) noted, within the chancel, a 13th/14th century graveslab (KK010-060004-) and a dispersed wall monument (KK010-060003-).
