What is recorded here

Cabragh Wedge Tomb, called the Giant's Grave, is a twelve-metre chamber built around 2250 BC in the foothills of the Ox Mountains. Its entrance faces southwest, pointing at the winter solstice sun, while collapsed roof stones and double outer walls mark the chamber as a place where people were set aside to remain with the land. The name suggests a giant, but the measurements and shape point to human hands, local ceremony, and a belief that death should be as large and visible as the mountain itself.
Giant's Grave is recorded as a archaeological place in County Sligo. Its open map record supplies this location and any linked names or public references.
