Gateway to road entrance of former presbytery, erected c.1870, comprising pair of cast-iron square-plan piers and double-leaf cast-iron gate, flanked by rendered walls having render plinth course and coping, terminating in pair of square-plan tooled limestone piers. Vegetal details to top of cast-iron piers, with panelled plinths and pyramidal caps. Hemispherical limestone wheelguards to front of cast-iron piers.
The gateway to the road is highly decorative, incorporating decorative cast-ironwork, adding artistic interest to the roadside.
