Sections of cast-iron railings, c.1840, on rendered plinth wall having decorative finials.
This section of cast-iron railings is an attractive, if subtle, feature on the streetscape of Market Square. The railings form an unaltered reminder of an earlier building on site and are good examples of early surviving cast-iron work.
