Section of random rubble stone boundary wall, built 1984, incorporating salvaged medieval stone work, c.1500, including round-headed door opening with tooled surround supporting limestone ashlar archivolt, and square-headed window opening with tooled surround having limestone ashlar lintel with chamfered reveal. Road fronted.
Although of comparatively recent vintage a boundary wall forms an important element of the architectural heritage of Kilkenny on account of the incorporation of fragments of medieval stone work.
