What is recorded here

Wolseley and his sisters were raised in a crowded Golden Bridge House where their mother taught music and their father managed estates. Young Garnet hated school, filled notebooks with caricatures, and joined the army at nineteen because he believed action mattered more than learning. That impulsive boy became the general who reformed the British Army and carried imperial campaigns from Burma to Sudan.
