Gallaun

Situated on a N facing slope that overlooks Dingle Bay, this stone stands 1.92m high and measures .5m x .43m at base; ENE-WSW. It is of rectangular basal plan, and its sides rise more or less vertically for most of its height before tapering to a point at top. Numerous quartz veins are visible on the surfaces of the stone.
