Gallán is a 2.1m standing stone in County Cork pasture, aligned NNW-SSE beside an unusual stone group. It may have marked a boundary, a burial, a meeting place or a warning, but no human name or date remains attached to it. The stone still stands where it was set, waiting for someone to remember why it was chosen.

In pasture, to SW of anomolous stone group (CO084-05602-). Stone (H 2.1m; 1.5m x 0.7m) is subrectangular in plan, long axis NNW-SSE.
