Gallán is a fallen standing stone at Carrignavar College in County Cork, Ireland. It stood nearly nine feet tall when Condon measured it in 1916, leaning so far it defied easy description. Boys probably ran past it during games, unaware they were playing at the edge of an old marker. Someone knocked it over during the 1960s and leaned it against a wall like discarded furniture.

At E end of playing field of Carrignavar College. Stone removed from this position during 1960s and now lies on its side (L 3.32m; 1.5m x 0.3m) against wall to N. Condon (1916, 59) saw stone in upright position (H 8ft 9in; Wth 5ft 6in; T 6 - 16in) and noted it was 'very much out of the perpendicular'. Likely dating to the early medieval period, the name "Gallán" may refer to a Christian saint or holy person, suggesting a possible ecclesiastical or commemorative function.
