What is recorded here

Two stones still stand on the north-facing slope above the Lee River, separated by little more than a man’s outstretched arms. They are not tall or grand, yet they have watched the valley through every season since before written memory. The gap between them is small enough to touch both at once, large enough to force a choice about which side you face.

On N-facing slope in Lee River valley. Stones, aligned NE-SW, 1.6m apart; overall length is 3.4m. NE stone is 1m L, 1m T and 1.2m H. SW stone is 0.8m L, 1m T and 1.25m H.
