Fulacht Fiadh

In pasture, on N side of spring. Low mound of burnt material (8m N-S; 8m E-W; H 0.5m). Coniferous trees planted along W edge of mound. According to local information, mound formerly higher, levelled c. 1954. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
