Ummeraboy East holds a lost fulacht fia, perhaps on J. T. O'Connor's land near a fort. Bowman recorded it in 1934, but the exact spot has slipped from human memory. The place may still mark a basin, heat stones or a cooking pit, though no clear feature remains named. It belongs to the region's older practical life, where people prepared food, cleaned tools or gathered beside warm water. Forgetting the exact point does not erase that use. The landscape kept the function even when the marker disappeared.

Bowman (1934, 509) recorded a fulacht fiadh on J. T. O'Connor's land 'c. 200 yds. N.E. of fort' (possibly 12902). Exact location not known.
