fiadh According to local information, burnt material noted beside stream and under bridge c. 130m W of fulacht fiadh (11698); wooden trough said to have been found here c. 1954. Area around bridge wet and trampled by cattle. No visible surface trace. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
