Fulacht fia in Knockahorrea West

In pasture, on W-facing slope overlooking stream valley. Barely perceptible mound of burnt material (14.4m N-S). One of a group of three fulachta fiadh (11124, 11126). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
