Fulacht fia in Drombohilly Upper

In rough hill pasture, on a N-facing slope, overlooking Kenmare Bay. A horseshoe-shaped grass-covered mound (8.8m NE-SW; 8.2m NW-SE; H 1m) of burnt material. Some burnt material is exposed at W and in the tip of the NW arm which is eroded and separated from the main mound. The opening (3.6m NE-SW; 2.8m NW-SE) faces a wet area to the SW. Another fulacht fia (KE109-034002-) and a possible fulacht fia (KE109-034004-) lie c. 35m to the SE and c. 150m to the S, respectively.
