What is recorded here

A large, almost circular mound was levelled by ploughing at this location during the 1960s. It was composed of shattered stone (local information). At present no visible trace of this probable fulacht fiadh remains. It was located on the W bank of Tullynascally stream, in marshy land N of Knockbrack mountain.
