Killilagh is a small village in County Clare, Ireland. It sits within the broader Clare landscape and holds local history, land and community life.
In rough pasture and limestone pavement within a relict field system (CL009-004001-) and a larger multiperiod field system (CL008-109001-). This possible fulacht fia was described by Spellissy (1983, 11) as ‘Southeast of this fort [CL008-147----] is a deep well with an ancient cooking place east of it’. The precise location of this possible fulacht fia is unknown.
