Clougolimoc, Nuns Garden in Lambeg North, County Antrim, Ireland, holds the buried line of a Franciscan friary and graveyard stretching from the medieval period through the seventeenth century. The name suggests women tended gardens beside men who prayed, though no surviving account confirms that arrangement. Dirt, root and bone have mixed there long enough to make the boundary between living and dead forget itself.
