Ford on the River Shannon connecting the townland of Killaphort to Clonfert, Co. Galway (GA101-026002-), in lowlying marshy land. According to local info. this ford was associated with 'St. Brendan's Road' (GA101-026001-). It was removed during dredging operations in the 19th c. No visible surface trace survives.
