What is recorded here
In a graveyard (KD032-041001-) which also contained a medieval church (KD032-041----). A medieval gargoyle (KD032-041003-) is mounted on the W gable of the nearby 19th-century church. An undecorated circular granite font (diam. 0.8m; H 0.53m) with a central basin (diam. 0.56m), used as a flower pot, rests on an earthfast tapering circular pedestal (diam. at ground level 0.7m; diam. under font 0.5m; H 0.25m). The rim of the font contains two shallow mortice holes, presumably to accommodate the hinges of a lid.
