What is recorded here
Stillorgan Grove hides a flat cemetery beneath modern building, where several urns and a cist burial waited in open ground before construction erased their marker. The dead likely watched fields turn to rooms, their jars buried without walls or roads to remember them. Forgetting is not the same as loss; it is a chamber where identity stops resisting time.
Situated in flat open ground now built on. A flat cemetery of several urns and a cist burial discovered during the construction of Stillorgan House (Price 1940, 125; Waddell 1970, 116). Not visible at ground level.
