On the floor of a WNW-ESE valley. Aerial photographs (GSIAP: M, 82-3) show a series of small fields (dims c. 30m x c. 20m) extending in a NE-SW line and covering c. 10 acres (c. 4 ha). They are no longer visible at ground level in reclaimed pasture.
