Field boundary in Oolagh East

This pre-bog wall is located near the edge of an extensive tract of bog, c. 270m NE of Lough Cummernamuck. It is 36m long, extending from a peat-face at NW to another at SE. The peat has largely been cut away to .5m below the level of the the top of the wall. It is apparently of drystone construction and is c. 1m wide. The above description is derived from A.
