What is recorded here

Situated on the N-facing slope of Leaan Mountain and on the low-lying ground in this mountain upland. This is a grass-covered earth and stone bank (Wth c. 3m; H up to 0.8m) running ENE-WSW (L c. 600m) and it is depicted on the 2005 OS 1:5000 map. It is the same as (LE010-083----) and (LE011-161----). The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Leitrim' compiled by Michael J. Moore (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2003).
