Field boundary in Baurearagh (glanarought By., Banawn Ed)

In rough hill pasture, 20m N of the Baurearagh-Gortnabinny road, on the SE-facing slope of the foothills of Knocknagorraveela Mountain. A stretch (L c. 25m) of relict field wall (T c. 0.5m; H 0.4m) emerges from the bog at S and extends upslope in a general N direction where it disappears into bog. Only the lower course stones survive, most of those visible are set at right angles to the line of the wall. There is an enclosure (KE109-038----) 35m to the W.
