Gateway, extant 1903, on a symmetrical plan comprising pair of roughcast piers having shallow pyramidal capping supporting looped wrought iron double gates. Now disused. Road fronted at entrance to grounds of Farnogue.
A gateway making a pleasing, if largely inconspicuous visual statement in a suburbanised street scene at a secondary entrance on to the grounds of the Farnogue estate.
