Fairy fort / stone ringfort in Mausnarylaan

Fairy fort / stone ringfort

What is recorded here

Mausnarylaan preserves a stone ringfort where Clare fields still drop into shadow at dusk. Its cashel form suggests people once trusted a tight stone circle to hold life together when storms or invaders came. The name invites fairy myth, but the function was human: a defensible place for memory, warning and continuity.
