Fairy fort in Magurk, County Leitrim: a grass-covered stone ring, 22 to 24 metres across, on the NE edge of a small prominent plateau. Its entrance has vanished under grass and time, but the circle still holds its shape. People may have lived there, marked territory, or simply followed the old rule that fairies build rings and humans must not break them.

Visible as a circular feature on aerial photographs (GSIAP: G 355-4), and located at the NE edge of a small but prominent plateau. This is a grass-covered circular area (int. diam. 24m N-S; 22m E-W) defined by a grass-covered stone spread (Wth 1m at N to 4m at E; int. H 0.8m; ext. H 0.4m).
