What is recorded here

Luggawannia is a grassed-over stone ringfort on a low hill in County Galway, Ireland. A modern field wall probably follows the western and northern edge of the old circular enclosure. The fort is no longer a showpiece, but a hidden line in the land, waiting for someone to walk it and remember the shape of the place.

On NW-facing slope of a low hill. Marked on 1st ed. of OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure (D c. 50m). All that is visible is a grassed-over stony bank at he base of a modern curving field wall, probably preserving the line of the enclosure from W through N to NNE.
