Knock North holds a broad stone ring on a sunny slope, enclosing a hidden passage beneath its overgrown heart. The fort measures thirty-six to thirty-eight metres across, with a low two-metre wall rising fifty centimetres above the grass. Its northern and eastern edges remain level, while the interior churns with exposed rock and forgotten depth. The underground chamber sits at the centre, waiting for footsteps that have not echoed there for centuries.

In undulating pasture, on S-facing slope. Circular area (36m N-S; 38m E-W), enclosed by low stone wall (Wth 2m; H 0.5m); levelled N to E. Interior heavily overgrown and contains much outcrop.
