What is recorded here

Killower holds a broken stone ring where a field wall now straddles the ancient drystone edge. Inside the grassy circle sits a square stone shadow, perhaps the remains of a house where someone once lived before the land swallowed the truth. The fairies may have taken the shape, but the stones still mark the boundary between human memory and forgotten myth.

In low-lying grassland. Poorly preserved subcircular cashel (E-W 32.5m, N-S 29.3m) defined by a drystone wall, overlain at E and W by a field wall. A gap at N appears modern. Within the interior is a square grassed-over stone structure (L/Wth 3m), possibly the remains of a house. An earthwork (GA028-030----) lies c. 100m to NW.
